Visited on December 14. Still under construction. No indication of opening date.
Based on the name on eCarUp and the foot visible under the cover, it's clearly an Alpitronic HYC_50.
The other parking spaces nearby are free with blue disc, so unless they add a parking meter when the construction work is finished, the charging spots will probably not have any extra cost. There's already 2CHF/h built into the charging price currently visible on eCarUp.
