Visited today without charging.
This location is on eCarUp. There's a helpful picture with an arrow indicating where the charger is hidden. This along with the fact there's a time fee suggests it's available for the public.
What's not visible on eCarUp is that there's also a "🅿️ Ladestation" sign in front of one of the parking spaces. Unfortunately it was also the only space already occupied by a car that wasn't plugged in. The "Ladestation" sign is combined with a "Fitness" sign. To the right there's a "Besucher" space, but unclear for which house or business. Unclear if you could use another parking space for the charger. You could reach the "Besucher" spot with a cable, and also the unlabelled spots under the roof.
The charger is hidden behind the wall like shown on eCarUp. There is no additional signage, just the pico built-in QR code. No customized screensaver. No attached cable.
