Visited on May 4, but did not have great success.
Everything is well sign posted, except for the very first turn which could use an improvement. There's a digital sign with 3 rows, first it says how many spaces are available to the left (1.UG), then how many charging spots are available, then how many below (2.UG and lower). It's not clear where are the charging spots at that point because that row has no arrow, just the EV symbol. If you continue on 1.UG, there's an EV arrow at the next fork.
The chargers are split between 2 levels, and this information is visible on Swisscharge. DC is on 1.UG, AC is on 2.UG. Only the DC chargers have digital signs and painted spaces.
Contactless is enabled, and it costs 6ct/kWh more to pay ad-hoc.
I had the exact same issue as in Landquart, except whereas in Landquart the Alpitronic worked and the Kempower didn't, now I had the exact same issue I saw on Kempower. The charge starts with 5kW, then slows down over the next few minutes to 0kW. I left my car connected for over 13 minutes, the charge did not resume. I tried the other 2 unoccupied chargers and encountered the same problem. The IONIQ 5 on charger 1986 didn't appear to have any issue, though they were only at 37kW which seems low for an HYC_50 where amp limits are usually not a problem. I assume there's something wrong with the power management algorithm. I immediately charged on the MOVE charger outside afterwards and had no power limit, so it didn't seem car-related.
During the opening hours of the shopping center there are free toilets available. Not sure what is available outside of those times.
