Visited yesterday and did a short charge with eCarUp app, no issue.
The station has a picture on eCarUp but I don't think they made it very obvious it was public. When looking at the map it seemed like it could be part of the fire station. The operator name Solargenossenschaft Erlach sounded like it might be an independent company, but I think it's something with the municipality.
I now confirmed that everything east of the road is a public parking. Not certain if it's the one called "See" on the signs. The parking meter calls it simply Seestrandweg.
The 2 charging spots are well marked with an EV symbol and green paint around the fence.
Something I completely missed but see on my dashcam, there's also a "🅿️ Ladestation" sign at the fork on the main road. I'm not certain that such a sign is really legit, because it makes it sound like there's a parking called "Ladestation" that way. Others have used a P sign with the EV symbol where the text would be, I think that's already better because you are looking for that symbol.
