I discovered this location in November 2025 while searching for other chargers.
The signs say you need to register at the hotel to activate the charge, but the parking spaces are in what appears to be the public paid parking outside, so there's probably a possibility to charge here even if you are not staying at the hotel or visiting the restaurant.
