Visited on December 14 and did a short charge with eCarUp app, no issue.
The chargers are in front of the business. There are eCarUp QR codes, but no information on who can charge here and when. There are multiple identical signs "Privatgrundstück - Unberechtigt perkende Fahrzeuge werden kostenpflichtig abgeschleppt" including one right next to the chargers, but no idea whether using the charger makes you an authorized vehicle.
I drove by again today during work hours, I saw multiple vehicles parked in front of the business but the chargers were left accessible.
The left side has a permanently attached cable.
