Discovered while driving by on October 26.

A Mennekes charger under a bag in the public paid parking.

I think it was already there when I checked out the Raiffeisen charger in April, we can see the EV symbols in the background, and I think the charger is there with the bag but it's hard to make out.

Unfortunately I don't have any datapoint to know when it might have been added and if it ever worked before. I have not driven further than Raiffeisen on most of my visits. There's no Google Street View for this stretch of road. There's a photosphere from september 2019 where we see the ABB Terra at Raiffeisen and no charger here. The parking was re-paved sometime since. My July 2023 pictures don't show this area well, it's hidden by a tree and a pile of stones.

Visited on June 10 without charging.

The charger appears operational, networked through ChargeOne.

For some reason, BKW renamed the EVSEIDs of the fast chargers at Volvo Häusermann in Wohlen, so that they could re-use the same EVSEIDs here. The only reason I can think of is that they didn't want to, or couldn't order new fancy QR codes, and they still had the ones from the Volvo garages that were never installed in a drawer somewhere.

The stickers / metadata appear to be incorrectly applied between this location and Parkplatz Rosenmatt. The QR codes I found (CH*ONE*E8D0268*001 left, CH*ONE*E8D0269*001 right are named "Parkplatz Rosenmatt" on the payment page and appear in the other parking in roaming apps). Unfortunately I cannot tell for sure what is wrong, see my report on the other station for the failed test there.
