Visited back in February 2020.
There were 2 parking spots painted blue, together with the wall in front painted blue as well with an EV logo. The parking spot to the right had parking ban sign on the window saying "Parkplatz für Elekrofahrzeuge!" but I don't think the left side had one like that.
On the wall it was printed (and still is on the pictures on evpass) "1 Std" on the left and "4 Std" on the right. It wasn't completely clear what this was referring to since the charger was pretty much centered between the 2 spots. But on the left, on the side of the wall there was a second charger. That second charger was probably free which would explain the max 1h. The "free" charger had a Type1 cable attached to it but it looks like it might have been removable.
On the new pictures on evpass we can see the 2 new DC chargers have been installed on the next 2 parking spots to the right of the AC charger.
At the time the parking was paid 24h and it didn't seem like there was any special rule for electric cars. But on the pictures on evpass website we don't see the parking space numbers anymore and it says free parking in the description. On the evpass map, the AC connector is placed on the other side of the road but I'm pretty sure it's the one I've visited back in 2020 and it's found together with the DC connectors on the south side of the street.
