Visited on November 6, 2025 without charging.
The chargers are indeed in the underground parking. Parking appears to be free.
It felt very eerie. I was there 5 minutes before closing time, and the parking was completely deserted. I did not find any indication for how long after the store they close the parking.
There are a few AC chargers in another area of the parking that appears to be private.
