Visited on October 26 and charged with credit card on both chargers.
The "LKW" chargers are actually one dispenser labelled PW and another labelled eLKW+PW. There's no reason you couldn't charge 2 trucks though, as long as you manage the turn into the bay. A semi might not make it into that smaller spot, but many long vehicles will. The official LKW bay should accommodate very large or wide vehicles, including tractors, as there's nothing blocking one side.
The PW-only chargers are installed together with a vacuum. The left side is not very large.
The truck setup uses the new i-light charger from i-charging https://i-charging.tech/i-light/ but it's not one of the configurations listed on the website. Whereas the website suggests using the PU500 or PU750 cabinets with 250kW power modules, they instead used the PU300 cabinets that are usually installed with the blueberry chargers. Presumably it's all modular anyway. As they list 600kW, this must mean both cabinets are full with 6x50kW modules each.
The 600kW figure is probably not actually reachable on a single connector. On the i-charging website they say you can go up to 800kW with CCS, but that's with the optional 800A peak cable at the 1000V limit. Agrola seems to have opted for the 600A dispenser, so that could be 600kW at 1000V, but more realistically we would be talking about 480kW at 800V if the cable actually holds 600A continuous. The Huber+Suhner cables installed are only rated for 500A but can probably be pushed further.
The car charger is a blueberry PLUS like at other Agrola locations, but I believe it's the first time it's equipped with multiple power cabinets. The cabinets are also PU300 like the truck charger, but since they listed the chargers as 400kW I assume they didn't fill the cabinets completely. There's probably only 4x50kW in each. The blueberry dispenser is rated for 375A so again the advertised 400kW figure is probably not reachable on a single connector. 375A at 800V would be exactly 300kW. I have seen the IONIQ 5 pull a clean 200kW on a PU200 config, I'd love to see 2 IONIQs on this one pull 200kW each at the same time.
To support the charging hardware there are also 4 buffer batteries and a 1.5MW inverter. The batteries are rated for 372.7kW continuous DC power, so this matches pretty close to the 1.5MW. The capacity is listed as 280Ah, but I can't properly make out the rest of the information on the sticker. Does it say nominal voltage 1331.2Vdc? I think it might be, as smaller CATL batteries at other Agrola locations have a nominal voltage of 665.6 Vdc, exactly half of that. This would mean there's a total of about 1.5MWh of storage as well.
The "user interface" on the i-light is very unusual. The only screen is the transparent LED matrix above the charger. You can change the language using one of the only 2 buttons. You then need to look up to see the list appear on the screen, and press again until you land on the language you want. Once you are charging, the screen suggests presenting your RFID to see details, but I have no idea what other details could be shown as it already cycles through power, energy and time. Since I used contactless I could not test that feature. To end the session I used the stop button, it did not ask for authorization.
On the idle screen, it says contactless price is 0.650CHF/kWh and 0.038CHF/min, but I don't know if the minute price are the idle fees or apply all the time. I have not received the final transaction on my credit card, I'll try to check when I get it to see how it was counted.
On the PLUS charger, I was able to start a charge with credit card, but then I ended up locked out of my session. When selecting the plug on the home screen it asks to scan the credit card to see details, but the contactless reader never activates so I was not able to see the details or stop the session. I had to call the hotline because the IONIQ doesn't have a stop button. I was surprised that the hotline didn't ask for language. I heard a message in German telling me the wait wouldn't be long, but then I was connected with someone who spoke English. I suppose this might be the Monta helpline behind the scene, just announcing themselves as Agrola? I gave them the charger number and they were able to unlock the cable for me. It was a bit scary though because while the cable unlocked, the charger screen was showing the car still pulling 27kW, but I was not sure if it was frozen or real. I slowly unplugged and then it showed 0kW. The charger was then bugged and there was no way to start a new session on the side we had just force-unlocked. It continued to show my session as "finished".
I noticed it too late, but there's an additional Monta support feature. When you call, you receive an SMS with a link where you can share your GPS location and select the charger you need help with. You can probably do this while waiting for someone to answer, and they will immediately have that information.
