Visited on July 20 without charging.
Outside, nothing appears to have changed.
Inside, I didn't properly look at what I should have. I saw 3 chargers, and concluded they must have painted the third space yellow. But in fact the parking spaces have not changed at all, it seems like they moved the third charger to the third existing yellow space (123). Unfortunately I didn't capture the corner of the white spot (126) where the charger used to be, so no idea if it's still there, and whether the other charger I discovered is a fourth one. There definitely wasn't any on space 123 when I visited in October.
I didn't scan the QR codes up close, but the QR codes I had written down previously for the underground chargers no longer work. They show the message "EVSE found but no ad-hoc tariff is available".
