Visited on October 4 and charged with Swisscharge RFID.
The chargers are split between the outdoor ("Aldi-Geschäft" on Swisscharge) and indoor ("Einstellhalle" on Swisscharge) parkings.
Both areas seem to follow the same parking prices. There are only signs giving the opening hours of the indoor garage. The outdoor parking has no gates. The parking meter doesn't repeat opening hours so it seems to be paid around the clock including when the stores are closed.
I noticed too late that having cars parked in front of 2 of the spots we can't actually see the order of the parking spaces in the underground garage on my picture. The left space where I was with the Fiat must have been 126 based on the Swisscharge charger name. The other 2 spaces are yellow and say "Reserviert".
It's unclear whether you would be allowed to plug into one of the 2 "Reserviert" chargers from one of the public spots on the other side of the wall. The names on Swisscharge don't indicate any restriction. Perhaps there are yet to repaint the spaces inside to also be green and they might move the reserved spots elsewhere?
