Based on the live data, it appears that around January 22, they took the Greenmotion N2 charger from Via Cremignone, Sorengo and moved it here to replace the one that had gone out of service on January 3.
Via Cremignone probably got a brand new charger as it's still visible on Emoti+, now with an AIL ID.
