Visited on September 7 and charged with AVIA Volt app.
AVIA Volt is the only roaming app where I have seen this charger so far.
There's indeed a fast charger here, but the access modalities are not very clear. There are 3 parking spaces in front of charger, 2 marked "Vermietet" and 1 handicap. Yet on the charger it says you can come get a coffee for "just 1CHF" while you charge, so it must mean they intend people to come charge here, not just the 2 parking space owners.
Annoyingly, since the Zoe was already using the left connector, the cable management provided very little benefit when I had to drag the cable from the right side across to the handicap space. The useful part was that it held the cable above the other cable and the hood of the Zoe, but it was quite difficult to pull it in that position with the weight of the cable and the force trying to pull the arm back.
I first tried activating the charger with my AVIA Volt RFID but it didn't work. I then tried the AVIA Volt app and it worked.
There are also 2 AC chargers on the side, only one of which is visible on AVIA Volt.
