A long time ago Evpass used to list the address as Stoosplatz 1, 6433 Stoos, but that's wrong as it would place the chargers at the top of the mountain. The coordinates appear to have always been correct and the address is fixed on Shell Recharge.
There are 2 different charging stations at the bottom. The Evpass chargers are in the outdoor parking. We can see them on the Google Street View images from Juily 2023. There doesn't appear to be any gate. I can't tell from those pictures whether parking is paid. The other spots along the main road have signs that we only see from the back, probably with parking meter instructions. But the wall where the Evpass chargers is seems to only have the classic Evpass parking ban sign.
The other Swisscharge chargers are in the parking garage.
