Visited on September 7 and did a short charge with eCarUp.
The placement on eCarUp is correct, it's in parking 6 / Tüchelweiher, the same where an AC charger was already preset, but on the other side of the parking.
The parking spaces are not yet painted, but there are signs making the spaces "for electric cars"
On eCarUp there's no power information. As the name indicates, it's indeed an Alpitronic HYC_400. The screen says max 200kW, I assume it's the shared total power. It's much better than a 150kW HYC_150/HYC_300 because this means there's a 50kW granularity, so you can get up to 150kW when sharing with a slow car, instead of only 75kW.
There's 1.50CHF/h baked into the charging price, so I was wondering if that meant you don't have to pay separately for parking, but at the moment there's no signage saying so, so it costs 3CHF/h total when you combine parking and charging. And I won't complain about the 70ct/kWh price...
