Visited yesterday and charged with Swisscharge RFID. I reached 50kW without issue.
There are 2 parking spaces designated with EV signs.
The parking situation is not very clear. It seems like originally, the public parking spaces are in the underground parking for Denner and the other shops. After you take a ticket at the gate, the door to the underground parking opens and you're "supposed" to immediately enter. All the exterior parking spaces are/were private.
The charging spots seem to break the original pattern, as they are the only exterior parking spaces that seem to be open to the public. But there is no exterior payment kiosk, and also no way to enter the underground parking after the initial gate opening.
I was able to access the underground parking through one of the staircases which was not locked, but it's unclear if they close at some point. I walked around the building, I didn't find a single door that had a ticket reader.
The only elevator leaving from the public parking area goes directly into Denner and is deactivated outside business hours. You can walk into the private parking area and then access the other unlocked staircases.
