Visited yesterday and charged with Plenitude app.
It's the first time I see the German version of the handicap-first sign. I don't think the text means exactly the same as the French version. In French it's "only to be used if all other spaces are occupied", while in German it seems to be something along "can be temporarily used" (?) Neither in French nor German does it seem clear whether you can park with a handicap sign and NOT charge.
There have been a number of gas station brands here over the years. In September 2013 it was an AVIA station, as visible on Google Street View and is still documented as such today on OpenStreetMap. On the Street View images from March 2023 we see it's an Agrola station, and in July 2024 it's Eni but no charger is present yet.
