Visited on October 1st and charged with Shell Recharge RFID.
The DC chargers are in the outdoor paid parking. There's no gate. The parking spaces are not reserved for charging.
The AC chargers are presumably in the underground parking. I did not try to enter.
Charger E13739 is on the left, E13736 on the right.
There's an unusable parking spot to the left of the chargers. If someone does park there, when someone comes to charge it blocks them in.
