Visited on October 12 without charging.
The chargers are behind a gate. Since the eCarUp description says you can charge outside business hours, the gate presumably always stays open, but I wouldn't feel very confident leaving my car behind a gate like this, it will probably be a nightmare trying to reach someone to open it again if it gets closed.
