Visited on October 1st and charged with contactless.
I arrived from Bolligenstrasse and I assume it must be the best way in. When I find some time I'll try to drive or walk from Papiermühlestrasse to see whether it's possible or not. The information on Google Maps doesn't give the most confidence, they say you can, and in the Street View images it was definitely possible, but it was a massive construction zone because of the now completed multi-function hall.
It's not clear whether you need to pay for parking or not. At the entrance to the street, there's a sign saying the entire area is paid parking. The charging spots are painted differently, but there is no vertical signage that confirms or deny the parking meter area. I did not find any parking meter close by, and didn't have time to walk down the street to find out the prices. The parking spaces to the south of the charger seem to all be private, and the actual public spaces probably only start beyond the checkpoint to the north.
The middle charger was not working. I'm still not sure whether it works now. On IchTankeStrom the live data showed available between 2025-10-15 and 2025-10-22, but there never was any session. It then showed out of service until yesterday, but no sessions yet. Right now the Electra app also says available.
