Discovered on July 13, did not charge.
There are 4 chargers opposite the unusable MOVE charger. These are connected through Sintio.
The parking conditions are unclear. The parking to the east of Eisengasse is the paid P+R. The parking to the west of this unnamed road branch is reserved for the school, but the 6 parking spaces in between including the chargers and the Mobility space have zero indication. They don't seem to be part of the P+R.
The QR codes and payment page only say you can charge here without registration. No mention of parking restrictions. The payment page reveals one additional information, the chargers are operated by "Einwohnergemeinde Bolligen", so it's at least not a private entity. On the payment pages, the chargers are numbered PP2 through PP5, this seems to account for the parking space to the left which has no charger and no marking. And PP6 would be Mobility.
The price is currently 45ct/kWh, no time fee.
