Visited on Sunday and did a short charge with RFID, no issue.
There aren't many hints to help you find the charger. From the main road I didn't see any GOFAST sign. You need to enter the McDonald's parking lot, then at the end there's a GOFAST totem, then you turn left and there's another row of parking spaces. the chargers are in the very back.
At least the ICEing risk should be limited.
They don't seem to have planned additional charging spots.
