The pictures on eCarUp show 2 green EV spots in an underground parking. The chargers appear to be Easee stations with attached cables.
As this is below the sports center it's probably a public-ish parking. No idea of the opening hours.
There's no Street View and I can't find any picture of the outside of the building, but on satellite images we see the entrance to the underground parking is clearly labelled on the asphalt.
