Visited on July 6 and charged with contactless, no issue.
There's a 90min parking time limit enforced by cameras. There's a sign at the entrance, but no repeater sign next to the charging stations. The charging station is probably still very much part of the enforcement area since you have to drive through the same entrance.
They already made space to expand the 4 stalls to 8 in the future. If all were equipped, then there wouldn't be any regular parking spot between the building and main road, except for the handicap spot and the charging spots. There are more regular spots to the east of the building.
