Visited on July 8 without charging.
There are no usage instructions on the charger. They probably removed the Has2Be QR codes at some point, but have not yet added any AVIA Volt QR code or instructions.
There is no public parking around. If the charger is occupied, there doesn't seem anywhere else you can park nearby. The other spots to the left are all for visitors. In fact even the public parking spots still has a visitor parking sign, so it's unclear if it's public charging OR visitor, AND visitor, or if the visitor sign is a leftover that's not supposed to be there. Whatever the intend was, the public charger was blocked by a Tesla that was not plugged in.
The Share Birrer website says the station is currently not used, so it's probably fine to use the charger on the right as well https://www.share-birrer.ch/standorte/moosgasse-1-3-kottwil_l712
I'm not sure the IDs are correctly assigned in the AVIA Volt database. According to the data, 90053
is named "Öffentlich links" and is a socket and 90052
is named "Öffentlich recht" and is a cable. So far so good. But while I was there I tried activating charger 90052
with the app, and it's the left charger that turned on. I then cancelled the session without plugging in, as it was the side that was blocked by the Tesla.
