Visited on November 27 without charging.
The chargers are in the free communal parking. 2 spots are designated for charging.
There are no instructions, but the pico chargers have the built-in QR codes that redirect to eCarUp. The QR to the right is difficult to scan in the dark because of the low light.
I didn't actually charge so can't confirm 100%, but the pico QR links are switched compared to the names in the app. The pico to the left opens the payment page named "Parkplatz rechts", and vice-versa. From my experience so far, I think the charger ID has to be correct, so it must be a naming issue. You don't see that name anywhere though, because the ad-hoc payment page only shows "Gemeinde Neuheim" for both. The links/rechts is in the description, which can only be read in the app.
The charger on the right appears to have an attached cable.
