Visited yesterday and charged with Autocharge without any issue.
I don't think it's completely finished. There are only 4 LCD displays for PP 7-10 and the other ones are clearly planned but not yet installed. There's also no new signage, so this is below what I expect from Electra given the excellent signage at their other locations in parking lots.
There is still the incorrect EV symbol on the first sign at the entrance with Anlieferung, moto and eShare. The next EV space counter that immediately contradicts the first sign with its forward arrow is still the same as before, indicating 15 spaces for the AC chargers. Then there's a second EV counter just before the 2.1m gantry that I had never noticed before. That one actually counts to 27, so that includes both AC and Electra. Ideally you should turn there, or you can also turn at the next entrance. But if you skip the first 2, then you cannot come back without leaving and re-entering the parking.
Based on my statistics, nobody had charged on connectors 6 and 12 yet since the test by Electra on opening day. I tried number 6, there was no issue. It's one of the least desirable spots because are are squeezed against the wall.
The contactless reader on 11/12 is out of service, there's a sticker indicating so.
The parking fee is the same as during my last visit. I had not taken note of the 30ct/h fee during evenings and weekends. It's already a lot more tolerable than the 2CHF you will pay during business hours. There's no mention of the parking price in the Electra app. In fact even in St-Gallen where there used to be a special promo to offset the parking cost, the app doesn't say anything anymore. Not sure if the offer has stopped or is just not visible as text anymore. The new app that works with all members of the Charge Alliance seems to not have parking information anymore.
I again had trouble paying the parking with Google Pay, the reader is recessed and it just won't detect the phone. After a few tries it finally worked.
EDIT: I had not noticed before, but the screens were actually advertising 0.64CHF/kWh via credit card, which is the "old" price. Everywhere else is now 0.69CHF/kWh. But I didn't try the whole activation process to verify whether it was in fact 0.64.
