Visited on July 6 without charging.
The entire area in front of the communal building seems to be paid parking, but it's not clear if/how the cars are supposed to park in front of the building. I find it odd that the parking space in front of the red building was painted parallel, when it seems more logical to park perpendicular.
The sign above the EV spot doesn't clarify whether you need to pay for parking separately.
The sign above the left station (grey building) says it's reserved for city vehicles.
The sign above the right station (red building) says it's public.
