Visited on August 31 without charging.
There are 2 green parking spaces among the yellow parking spaces in the street. I couldn't find any sign indicating who may park on the yellow spots, presumably it's for either employees or perhaps visitors of the Alterszentrum.
On both sides of the charger there's a sign saying max 3h between 6h30 and 22h, so presumably the charging spots are open to all.
Both QR codes don't work. It seems like both are missing the ecotap ID at the end of the EVSEID in their URLs, but I see it's added automatically during the multiple redirects. The left QR code additionally seems to have the wrong prefix in QR code and in print, it says 11755354*2 when apparently it should say 11757753*2. I tried manually fixing the QR code URLs, but I can't get them to work either way.
