Visited on October 24 and did a short charge with Shell Recharge RFID.
It's not clear if this is only for customers or everyone. The sign in front of the other parking spaces says Clientis Bank Thur Kunden, while the one above the charger only says Clientis Bank Thur + the regular SAK information.
The parking spaces are directly off the main road, so it's open 24/7.
