Visited twice on September 20, did a short charge on my way down.
There is absolutely nothing written about the parking conditions. Seems to be free.
The parking spaces are angled, but there's no driving direction shown, so you can easily drive in a way that will allow you to reverse into the space.
On the left there's a tethered Type2. There are also T13 sockets on both sides.
