The information here is very incomplete. The only pictures I can find are the ones that were published on Evpass.
On the Google Street View images from june 2023 we see 14 GreenMotion Private One chargers at the end of the parking bordering Via Franco Zorzi. But I don't think those were ever public chargers, because the area is full of only white cars and there's an additional gate dividing this area from the main parking. On other images from September 2022 there might be fewer chargers there, I can only make out the 8 southmost ones, but the others might be hidden by cars. On the Swisstopo and Google Maps satellite picture, there seem to be a roof with solar panels over those parking spaces now.
Based on the old Evpass pictures and the Swisstopo satellite images, the public chargers seem to be immediately at the level of the ticket gate, spread between either side. The satellite images seem to show all 4 charger units, but the parking spaces don't seem to be painted like they are on Evpass.
Up until 2025-09-22, there were indeed 8 charging spots listed on Evpass.
Since 2025-10-23, there's one eCarUp charger listed here on IchTankeStrom/eCarUp, named "AMB Via Tatti Bellinzona 7". I'm not sure what this would be, because on the vcharge payment platform I see vcharge chargers, named "emotì Via Tatti Bellinzona 1" to "emotì Via Tatti Bellinzona 4". There's also a fifth marker named "emotì Via Tatti Bellinzona 7", which I assume might be an alias for the eCarUp charger, as I've seen other locations appear duplicated between eCarUp and vcharge.
The only reason I could think of to have one charger connected through eCarUp is that it's an older GreenMotion charger and they need the compatibility bridge. But where would that older charger be, as everything else seems to only show newer chargers 🤔 Perhaps it's one on the private side.
