Visited on April 26 but did not enter.
The chargers appear to be the ones in the parking in front. It's not super clear how you enter, seems like you have to drive through the area that seems pedestrian only in front of the large BSZ letters. There's a sign forbidding access by car or foot to anyone, I didn't see who is allowed.
The information online seems to show there's a semi-public restaurant in there, but I guess you cannot park there if you are an outsider even if you come to the restaurant (?).
