Visited on October 23 and charged with AVIA Volt RFID.
The charger is in the TopCC customer parking. There's no reserved parking space for charging, no directions to the charger and no advertisement anywhere saying they have a charger. You can't see the charger from outside, despite being right next to the entrance, because it's behind the wall. You can turn right immediately after the gate and it's there.
There are about 5 parking spots that could be used to charge, though the 2 right on each side of the charger seem extremely tight. Given the way the charger is orientated, it seems like they might have planned to widen the parking spaces immediately in front of the unit and mark them for charging (?) It would also have worked well to use only parking spaces in the next row, but then they should have turned the charger 90° to face the other side.
There's a contactless reader but it doesn't work. It's not offered on the screen. There's no ad-hoc payment option.
The only QR code is one on the home screen, with a Kostad logo. It leads to a link shortener that redirects to https://www.kostad.at/ . Firefox throws a dangerous page warning, because the HTTPS certificate is not configured correctly. If you go past the warning, you see a page that reminds customers that Kostad is bankrupt and no longer exists, with instructions on who to contact for your charger SIM card services and software updates.
The charging speed appeared to be capped at 50kW because it never went over that value, and seemed very constant, whereas if the Fiat was limiting, it would slowly drop as it maintains a fixed amp limit.
