Visited on June 22 without charging.
There are 3 different parking signs. The first 2 signs seem to complement each other, but it's unclear if the third sign above the charger replaces the first 2, or is in addition to them. At the entrance into the cul-de-sac, there's a sign saying max 5h between 18h and 07h. Mid-way up the street the second sign says between 07h and 18h, only for teachers. And finally the third sign above the charger, partially covered by stickers is the same as the one above the other chargers in town. It says only electric cars while charging, and parking must be paid separately. But here there's no paid parking so it doesn't make sense.
Some questions remain unanswered: can non-teachers charge during the day? It seems like they can, because the 2 signs up the street seem to apply to different sets of parking spaces. Can you charge through the night? Based on the signage, it seems like you can't, because the sign at the entrance probably applies to all parking spaces including the charging station.
While I was there, the eCarUp app indicated "plugged in", but there was nobody charging. Someone seemed to have abandoned their Type2 to Shuko adaptor, and it was showing up as a car being plugged in.
