These stations are on eCarUp since December 2024, but have existed for longer.
On Chargemap there are pictures from 2018 showing at least one station on space 11. Unfortunately all pictures are framed in a way where space 10 is not visible.
The most recent picture on Chargemap from February 2023 shows 2 Zaptec units, the left one has a shiny coating, while the right one doesn't, suggesting it's a more recent model installed later.
All the pictures only show EWJR stickers, so I assume charging used to be free.
