These stations are on eCarUp since January 2025, but have existed for much longer. On Chargemap the pictures from from 2017 or perhaps even earlier.
On those pictures we see the parking is using number 3 on the direction signs in the city.
I assume charging was free up until that point. None of the pictures show any sticker.
