Based on the marker coordinates, the new DC chargers are probably under the canopy.
There are still opening hours indicated in M-CHARGE app, so presumably the parking cannot be accessed outside the opening hours.
I have reviewed the Google Street View images and my own pictures, but I cannot find any indication that the parking closes. The only thing that might possibly change is the sign above the slip road labelled "Einkaufszentrum", which might be a robotic sign able to show something different. I really want to try to enter the next time I'm there outside business hours, but if the gates don't open it will be fun reversing out! At least you wouldn't have to reverse onto the intersection, but you would need to take a light-controlled zebra crossing the wrong way.
Auto SPA doesn't seem to have extended opening hours, otherwise this would be a good indication that you can still drive through with a ticket.
Looking through the live data history, it seems like some cars were able to charge on the AC on some Sundays, including 2025-09-07, 2025-11-02, 2025-11-23, 2025-11-30, 2025-12-14, 2025-12-21, 2026-04-19. There's just one session ever in the middle of the night, it's the one on Sunday 2025-11-02. All other sessions I can see in the last 12 months are within the published opening hours. Obviously I don't have enough data yet on the DC to see whether people charge outside opening hours, there hasn't been any Sunday yet.
Another impressive feature of this parking is that public transport drives through it. They don't have a dedicated gate to enter, but there's one just for the bus to exit.
