Visited yesterday and did a short charge with Plenitude app.
Despite my sleuthing to look for any information about this charger online, I was not able to locate a single picture. Even the street view and satellite views did not reveal any clue.
The satellite wouldn't have helped, as the chargers are in fact under one of the 2 gas pump canopies that has been re-purposed. In the Google Street View images from May 2023 there are still gas pumps there, so unlike the other Eni locations the chargers must have been installed and activated pretty quickly.
There is no indication about the maximum power on location, we'll have to trust the app when it says 300kW. I was there with the IONIQ, reached 66kW without any issue.
There are 2 Hyperchargers, presumably 300kW each. It's possible to charge 4 cars at once, but due to the cable length, you should park as far forward as you can to leave room for another car from behind. The arms for the cable management won't help much, because if you take the outer arms first and park in the middle, then there's no chance someone can take the middle cable and have any chance of reaching in front or behind you. The cable management arms in the middle don't look like they will extend fully because the units are so close together, but I forgot to test if they actually touch or not.
There is no contactless reader, and no web ad-hoc payment. You need to install the app. I got confused about guest mode, which isn't clearly indicated. I already had the app installed for months, and did not remember whether I already created an account or not. The app didn't suggest me to create an account when I clicked start, so I filled my address and credit card without realizing this was all in guest mode. Once the charge was successfully started the app reset and asked whether I wanted to create an account or continue as guest. Realizing I didn't have an account, I chose guest but couldn't access the session or credit card I has previously entered as guest. Turns out it's a one-time use only.
As the session was started in guest mode, I didn't know how to stop it. The station stop button is protected, but the app didn't show my session anymore. I called the hotline which stopped the charge for me. Turns out they sent a link to my email which allowed to access the session in the app again. Would have been great if it said so in the app before resetting...
The hotline was both surprisingly fast and slow. The menu and privacy policy are taking so long, I must have spend at least 2 minutes just listening to random useless stuff before I could even select what my problem was. But then when it came time to connect me to an agent, the voice telling me to wait didn't even finish speaking when the line was connected. I chose French and immediately had someone available, and they did speak French well. I'm assuming they have some multi-lingual people like at other CPOs to handle the less common languages as it wouldn't make sense to have a full time French team.
While I was there trying to enter all the information in the app, another EV showed up, but I'm not sure what they tried because a few minutes later they were gone.
I didn't visit the Eni store, which is on the other side of the remaining gas pumps.
