Visited on April 3rd and charged with Google Pay.
The chargers are in the underground parking. You're supposed to drive around the entire floor, but if there's a gap you can cut across. They are against the wall to the left of the entrance.
I didn't see any parking meter, parking must be free.
I'm confused about the parking opening hours. It doesn't seem like there's any gate to close the parking. There's a sign saying the underground parking closes 15min after the store. But I also saw signs everywhere promoting the store is "24h", which I assume refers to the pickup options? There were even signs about this in the underground parking, which made me wonder whether the parking might actually stay open as part of that service.
Both chargers are equipped with a contactless reader. Both seemed operational, but the one on the right was still covered by a "coming soon" sticker so it was not possible to use the touch screen. Price is 55ct/kWh, with a 45CHF reservation.
When I arrived, the charger on the right had its lights off and the screen was stuck on "please authenticate", but after a while it turned green and I confirmed I was able to authenticate with RFID, but I didn't charge on that unit.
Since last week, there are 4 AC connectors listed on Swisscharge. always out of service. I don't know whether they are adding more chargers or if that's a bug. There was no trace of additional chargers when I was there, and it would seem odd to add AC chargers when there are already DC chargers.
