Visited tonight and did a short charge.
There are no gates, the parking is freely accessible. There's a sign near the building that says the parking is only for guests of the hotel/restaurant. But I assume the chargers are meant to be public with such a big installation.
The pricing isn't too bad, as 44kW seems to fall under the "slow" category of Shell Recharge like all their AC chargers and is 59ct/kWh in the app (+ the 35ct start fee I assume, I'll need to check my invoice).
The chargers are numbered 1 through 4, but that's completely useless because in the app you need to give the Shell ID, which they have not printed on the chargers yet! I don't know if they are sorted correctly in the app or if the alphabetical order happens to randomly be correct, but I plugged charger 3, picked the third ID E9113 in the app and it did work.
There is not a lot of light at that end of the parking. When they eventually install the QR codes, it might be difficult to scan them at night.
This hardware is very limiting. Just like the 135A limit on the 66kW version makes it unlikely you ever reach 66kW, the 44kW version comes with 110A cables. I was capped at 35kW with my Tesla with the battery pack at 315V.
