Visited yesterday and charged without any issue.
As described on the shopping center website, there are 10 charging spots at the EG level.
I expected better signage, I didn't realize EG was level with the entrance and that you were allowed to drive there. After entering the parking and driving through the few exterior parking spots, you get to a fork where you can enter the indoor parking. There's an illuminated sign with the number of parking spots available in different directions, but none pointing ahead, slightly to the right, where the handicap and charging spots are. There aren't any arrow showing the direction of either the handicap or charging spots.
Once in the correct location, the signage is quite clear, with 10 parking spots reserved exclusively for cars actively charging. The parking spaces are angled though, which is not ideal to use the provided attached cables. Most cars were parked backwards, which is not too difficult as there is enough space to maneuver. Still, it would have been more logical to draw the spaces straight.
They use the chargers and payment solution from Juice. There are 2 payment kiosks, one for each group of 5 stations. You pick your stall number and pay directly by credit card. The current price is 0.40CHF start fee + 0.50CHF/kWh.
I wanted to estimate the charge power from my receipt, but it seems like it was rounded to exactly 1kWh. The receipt link I received by email contains a breakdown by Wh, but it's exactly 1000Wh, which seems very suspect. The software is probably able to work with more precise counters, but they must not be equipped at this location. The payment terminal says the chargers are 22kW. EDIT: looking at my pictures and the receipt, it seems like the counter might be down to a tenth of a kWh, so I might just have been pretty lucky to not get 0.9 or 1.1.
The parking prices are as described on the website. 50ct for the first hour, but you can get 1 free hour by validating your ticket at Coop or Jumbo. I paid the 50ct and didn't try getting my ticket validated. The opening hours of the parking are not posted on location. On the website it says "Es darf maximal bis Mitternacht parkiert werden", so they must close at midnight. Coop/Jumbo is not open on Sunday, but other businesses in the building are, so it's probably also open 10h00-24h00 on Sunday (?)
