It seems like you don't pay for parking while charging. There's the special ban sign behind each of the 2 charging spots, and the parking meter for numbers 3 and 4 has a sign "Elektrofahrzeuge während dem ladevorgang max. 6 Stunden gebührenfrei". Even if you wanted to pay, there's no way to pay for more than 2 hours despite 6 being allowed for charging.
It seems like they have Zeptec units inserted inside the lamp post.
I wanted to say it wasn't easy to cross the main road at rush hour, but I notice now while reviewing my pictures that the guardrail behind the charger is the underpass into the station that I completely overlooked. I should have gone through there to take my picture from the other side.
