I'm not sure whether the gap next to the chargers is supposed to be an entrance. If you drive further down the street, there's a larger entrance that didn't have a height restriction at the time, but it looks like they can limit every entrance.
According to the stickers, station 1 is left and 2 is right.
Accessing and leaving the area was challenging, because Google Maps had no idea about all the roads that have been closed to cars or made one-way. It took me a few tries to find a path that wasn't a dead end.
