Visited on October 23 without charging.
The charger is in the parking that's indicated reserved for customers of the Tennis and Squash Center. Unlike the public paid parking further down the street, this one appears to be free for customers. But since the charger does not appear to be owned/operated by the sports center, I assume it's opened to more people.
There are the usual ChargeOne QR codes, as well as TWINT QR codes.
I didn't see any arrow or one-way sign. If you know you will have to park backwards, you might as well enter through the intended parking exit and go the "wrong way" until the charger, then back in.
