Visited on August 24 and did a short charge with eCarUp app.
The chargers are outside in front of the garage. It's not clear if it's open to the public, but there's a large visible "eCarUp Ladestation" decal on top of the door.
One of the parking spots was occupied by a bus. The other was free.
There's a dealership across the road, and I assume the garage and charging stations belong to them because the charger owner on eCarUp is named Rudin, the same last name as the dealership.
