Seen today while driving by.
A charging station with attached cable and a very visible green parking spot, next to the vacuum cleaner and car wash.
On the charger there's a sticker "Freigabe zahlen an Waschautomat", so it seems to be open to the public. I'm not sure if that translates as a give-what-you-want scheme or there might be a fixed price to "unlock"?
I took a look at the payment machine for the car wash but there were so many signs and buttons I though it was the wrong place. But now looking back at my pictures there's indeed "Ladestation" in the bottom right. I'll need to go back to see what happens when you press that button...
I think we can count this as a location where you can pay via contactless since the car wash machine accepts cards. And also one of the few locations that accepts cash, which I've only seen on pay-what-you-want schemes so far.
