Visited today without charging.
The chargers are in the public parking paid at the parking meter. There's no free period, but the hourly price is cheaper at night and Sundays/holidays.
The only comment and picture I could find before my own visit was this Google Maps user complaining about the spots being blocked https://maps.app.goo.gl/bPyNrWYya1tUxLSu9 Unfortunately their picture seems to show the third station, which is the only one they left as white spots, so we cannot see whether they had already painted the 4 other parking spots.
I'm not sure if the signage is sufficient to prevent ICE-ing since it's not using the official EV signage anywhere, just their own plug logo and neon paint.
All chargers have an attached T2 cable, and QR codes for payment via Swisscharge.
On the Swisscharge payment page the chargers are numbered 1-3 but those numbers are not printed on location.
There's construction work on the other side of the road. There's a temporary red light to handle the one-way street in between. When you exit the parking you don't have a light and are in the middle of the narrow section, you need to pay attention.
