I was never able to visit this location and it looks like it might no longer be in service.
On the Google Street View images from 2013 there's nothing yet apart from "IBW Besucher" parking spaces.
On Chargemap there was a misplaced marker showing this same area. It shows a Mennekes charger with 2 cables attached. There didn't seem to be any vertical or horizontal signage though.
On Google And Swisstopo satellite pictures there's the same car parked on the right spot, with a red square on the hood. No idea if that's a coincidence, an employee, or possibly a car shared that has its home here.
