I drove by on June 10 but did not see any charger.
If the coordinates on eCarUp are correct, the chargers would be expected to be in this parking in front of the building. I reviewed by dashcam footage but cannot see anything. Same thing on the Google Street View images from August 2024, at which point the chargers were already installed, nothing is visible in this front parking either, not in the side street to the south.
There are some entrances for an underground parking on the north side, but it looks like individual garages and not a complete parking underneath, though there could be another access. Or perhaps the chargers are not there at all and somewhere behind the building.
